Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information FreshWash collects when you use this website or book a mobile car cleaning service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect what we need to schedule and complete your service, and nothing we do not need.

This page is maintained by FreshWash to explain how we work and how we handle your information. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is not a certification or third-party audit. If you do not agree with it, please do not book a service.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us in the booking form: your name, phone number, the service and vehicle type you selected, the service address and access notes, and any extra notes you add.
  • Information you give us by phone, text, or email when you arrange, change, or ask about a service.
  • Service records: dates of service, what was cleaned, price quoted and paid, and any photos taken for quality or damage records.
  • Basic technical information generated automatically when you load the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed, used for security and to keep the site working.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or account passwords through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use your information

  • To confirm, schedule, reschedule, and carry out your service.
  • To contact you about your appointment, arrival time, pricing, or follow-up.
  • To keep records of work performed, quotes, payments, and any damage or condition notes.
  • To respond to questions, complaints, or claims, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To protect the site and our business against fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with the law.
  • To send you occasional service reminders or offers, only if you asked for them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us by phone or email.

4. How your information is stored

Booking requests submitted through this site are stored in a hosted database provided by our platform vendor and are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access rules on the database are configured so that booking submissions are not publicly readable, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the business.

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security, and we are not responsible for unauthorised access that occurs despite reasonable safeguards. This policy describes our own practices; it is not a certification, audit, or third-party verification of any kind.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate — our website and database hosting platform, and any communications or payment tools we use — and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
  • Our own staff or contractors who need it to perform your service.
  • Where required by law, subpoena, or a lawful request, or where needed to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what is needed to load and display pages, and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records for as long as needed to run the business, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymise them. Marketing contact details are removed promptly once you opt out.

8. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or text (469) 901-4041 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain or that we need to resolve a dispute.

You can decline to give us information, but we may not be able to provide the service without the details needed to schedule and reach you.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Questions about privacy: call or text (469) 901-4041. FreshWash operates in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Texas.
